STM, as exploitation manager, will coordinate the action and work, especially with the support of industrial partners, to develop exploitation and business plans.

All project partners will be encouraged to assess their results and the potential for protection and further exploitation. Based on project results and demonstration of technical/environmental/economic performances, a roadmap to exploitation will be developed.

Such roadmap (exploitation and business plan) will be elaborated as follows:

• Description of technological and industrial project 'offers' (competitiveness of generated results for the industry, criticality of results vs value chain needs, benchmark with main competition),
• Description of market 'demands': how the key results match the challenges and demand of the industry in the area, how they address the needs of targeted markets to support the sustainable deployment of innovative and cost-effective solutions.
• To describe such roadmap, technology & business intelligence data will be collected, processed and analyzed through:
• Market input from industrial partners.
• Data mining in grey literature and specialized database (markets & patents database),
• Dedicated interviews of key identified stakeholders,
• Dedicated workshops organized with the consortium (exploitation seminars).

Such roadmap will include:

• Risk and barriers assessment for access to market,
• Technology & Business Intelligence: Refining market needs and associated business plans,
• Necessary technology transfers among partners and IP related issues.
• Analysis of market segments.
