T3.1 SiPho Technology Development
Main objective
  • O3.1: Developing and maturing an industrial 300mm Silicon Photonics platform (PIC100) as well as develop pathfinding process solutions for the next gen technology (PIC200)
Description of work

In this task STM, with the support of CEA, III-V lab and ALMAE will develop and mature an industrial 300mm Silicon Photonics platform (PIC100) and deliver PDK along the projects for partners to design circuits and demonstrators, as well as develop pathfinding process solution for the PIC200 technology. This task is divided into 2 sub-tasks: one dedicated to pilot line PIC100, and the other one to path finding PIC200 technology.
